CTRL (rw) register accessor: Watchdog control
The rst_wdsel register determines which subsystems are reset when the watchdog is triggered.
The watchdog can be triggered in software.

You can read this register and get ctrl::R. You can reset, write, write_with_zero this register using ctrl::W. You can also modify this register. See API.
